Franchise opportunity License the full system By Grupo Pounj Software Exports

Franchise a Growtricity AI institute
in your city.

This is a licence to run the system behind the flagship Chandigarh AI institute: the full method, the curriculum, the instructor training and certification, and the controls that hold the standard. The first Chandigarh batch finishes in December 2026; founding partners come in before the outcome data exists, and that is exactly why the founding rate is half. It is not a logo on a rented room. The offer is made by Grupo Pounj Software Exports (registered for GST and Udyam), at SCO 34, Sector 33D, Chandigarh 160020. Apply, and we discuss the rest one to one.

The opportunity

Almost all AI output today is throwaway. That is the opening.

Most of what people make with AI goes straight to the bin, and the gap between that and real, production-grade work is the whole opportunity this institute is built on.

Why most of it is throwaway

  • People solve the wrong problem, so even a polished output is useless.
  • They cannot build to production grade, so they stop at weekend and hobby projects: a slide deck, an email, a one-off script.

What the few who get it do

  • They think with AI. It becomes a thinking partner, and they build real, production-grade software with it.
  • That is the builder economy. Very few people in India have been taught to work this way, and Growtricity teaches exactly it, to coders and non-coders alike.

The proof is openable. A real Chandigarh salon runs its whole day on software the founder built, and he built CRMs, ERP systems, and a logistics platform that moved over a million packages worldwide, running it for ten years and building the algorithms behind it, without a computer-science degree. The same path, from design to architecture to deployment to production, is what people learn here, even if they have never written a line of code. A franchise is a chance to bring that to your city, and to help build the institute that teaches India to become genuinely AI-native, not just a buzzword.

What you license

The system, not a logo.

A franchise should hand you the hard part, not just a brand. That is what this is. You license a working institute: the method, the three-level curriculum, the instructor training, and the controls that keep every classroom at the same standard as it scales.

One fact up front

  • Ashish Punj does not teach in your room. Your students learn from a local instructor you bring, whom Growtricity trains and certifies on his system.
  • The value is not that Ashish teaches your class. It is the system he built, and the certification that makes sure your instructor can deliver it.
  • That is what stops an AI institute from quietly degrading into throwaway work: students typing into ChatGPT, copying whatever comes back, understanding nothing.

The system comes from a real operator

  • Ashish Punj has spent 30 years building software and businesses across the US and Mexico. He built Pikkop, a platform that moved over a million packages worldwide, running it for ten years and building the algorithms behind it.
  • Businesses run on his software today. app.growtricity.com runs Vannessa Unisex Salon's whole day; Mittal Spices runs on his Peter CRM.
  • You are not licensing a slide deck. You license a method that already works in the field.
Quality control

How the standard holds.

The hard part of a franchise is keeping every center as good as the first. That is enforced here, not left to hope. Three controls do the work, and a competitor who reads this whole page still cannot clone them, because they are tied to Ashish's training, the CMS, and a curriculum that keeps moving.

Pass-gated certification

Your instructor completes 50 hours of training from Ashish Punj and must pass before being allowed to teach. No pass, no classroom. Certification is ₹25,000 per instructor for founding partners (₹50,000 standard), with a smaller fee to re-certify when a new course version ships, and the certified instructor teaches under their own platform login, so the standard stays tied to a named, trained person.

Weekly tests through the CMS

An instructor manual plus weekly tests delivered through the CMS keep your instructor current as AI changes, instead of drifting onto last year's tools.

A curriculum that upgrades every version

The course re-versions as AI advances, so the whole network moves forward together and a Growtricity certificate means the same thing in every city.

What you get

What Growtricity gives you.

You get the licensed know-how and the controls that keep your institute current. The enforcement comes first on purpose: it is the part that holds the standard, and the part a rival cannot simply copy.

The system that holds the standard

  • 50 hours of instructor training from Ashish Punj, with certification. Your instructor must pass before being allowed to teach.
  • An instructor manual and weekly tests through the CMS. These keep your instructor sharp and current, not stuck on last year's tools.
  • GrowTricity is one continuous Level 1 to Level 2 programme. Every student starts with Level 1 (4 weeks, 12 classes, 36 hours, ₹5,000 + GST) and continues to Level 2 (4 weeks, 12 classes, 36 hours, ₹5,000 + GST). Together, the required programme is 8 weeks, 24 classes and 72 hours. Direct Level 2 entry is not offered. Level 3 Build and Launch is an optional four-week advanced capstone after Level 2 priced at ₹15,000 + GST. Its complete 12-class curriculum is public, and students decide whether to continue after Level 2. Your institute stays ahead as AI advances.

What you deliver to students

  • Real, production-grade apps students build on. Provided through Growtricity, not toy projects.
  • The Growtricity brand and the student skills certificate. Tied to the course version your students complete.
The model

How the money works.

Growtricity publishes its pricing here, because a serious businessperson should be able to weigh the opportunity before a call, not after. You pay two things, both of which scale with you instead of a flat charge: a one-time licence fee per location (exclusive: your own sector where sectors exist, or a 1 km radius elsewhere; while your licence is active, no other Growtricity centre opens closer than 1 km), and a per-student fee. Founding partners, the first 10 centres, come in at half the standard rates: a ₹5 lakh licence and a 15% per-student fee, against the standard ₹10 lakh and 30%. It is a fixed amount you pay for each certified student, set at that percentage of the launch price for your tier, so it is the same whatever you actually charge, it grows only as you grow, and it is counted by headcount through the CMS rather than by auditing your cash. The licence, the per-student fee, and the certification all carry 18% GST, reclaimable as input credit. You set your own student price, and this fee does not change with it. Model the exact numbers for your own room in the franchise planner.

What you pay, and what you keep

  • Students pay you directly. What you pay Growtricity is the one-time licence fee, the per-student fee for each certified student, and a one-time ₹25,000 founding / ₹50,000 standard certification fee per instructor, all plus 18% GST.
  • Your fee scales with students, not a flat charge, so a busy centre and a quiet one never pay the same. Every annual version upgrade of a course you license is included.

Who handles what

  • The franchisee takes student payments, handles student complaints, and runs the center to the checklist and the best practices.
  • Growtricity provides the troubleshooting manual, the checklist, and the best practices. You are never left to invent the operating playbook yourself.

A private planner: slide your classroom size and see illustrative gross student fees at that capacity, before your costs. An illustrative planning aid only.

Demand, handled

Growtricity runs your marketing.

You are not left to figure out demand on your own. Growtricity builds and runs the marketing for each franchise, so your energy goes into running a serious institute rather than guessing at promotion.

Found in your city

  • City-wise landing pages built for your center, so people searching in your area can find you.
  • A local Google Business Profile (the Google listing) for your city's center, so you show up on the map.

A real local business, not a faceless brand

  • Your own story as the owner, told properly, so the center reads as a real local business.
  • Local classroom photos from your actual room, so prospective students see the place they would walk into.
What you provide

The room, the equipment, and a candidate instructor.

The specs below are exact on purpose. A sloppy room undercuts a quality standard, so we state everything cleanly.

The classroom

  • Room. Minimum 15 by 16 ft, air-conditioned, with UPS power backup and 5G internet. This holds 8 student desks plus a matching instructor desk, with chair pull-out space, an aisle, and the locker wall already accounted for.
  • Desks. 8 student desks plus 1 instructor desk of the same size. Each desk is 2.25 ft by 22 inches (roughly 27 by 22 inches), sturdy, with cable management for the HDMI run.
  • Chairs. 9 ergonomic, height-adjustable chairs (one per desk, plus the instructor's).
  • Displays and cables. One 55-inch-or-larger main display the instructor casts to wirelessly (AirPlay on Mac, Miracast or equivalent on Windows), plus a 17-inch HD HDMI screen at every student desk and the instructor desk (9 screens total). One HDMI cable per desk, length to fit the cable run cleanly.
  • Lockers and facilities. A locker bank with one cubby per student (for bags and phones), and a water fountain or filtered water point inside the room.

Security, brand and people

  • Security. At least 3 cameras with DVR recording.
  • Brand and peripherals. A Growtricity signboard (minimum 90 by 30 cm), a WiFi printer, and a mouse and keyboard for connecting external devices.
  • An instructor. A candidate to be trained and certified by Growtricity. They are 21 or older, have at least a year of teaching experience (10th grade or above), and have built and shipped at least one working app (any stack; building with AI counts). They send a resume to Growtricity, and the deeper craft is what the 50-hour certification builds.
The delivery standard

How every center runs.

Every center runs the same way, so a Growtricity certificate means the same thing in every city. This is the delivery standard your institute commits to.

Class and batch

  • 8 students per instructor is the standard, so each one gets real, personal feedback. If your room is bigger (15 by 21 ft, 315 sqft), you can run up to 12.
  • 3-hour classes with two 15-minute breaks, on alternate days, 3 days a week.
  • Paid classes run from 10 AM to 1 PM. GrowTricity runs one three-hour class per day and two separate weekly batches on different days. Each student attends three days per week. Exact weekdays are confirmed during enrolment.

The students and the course

  • For students 19 and over, with a coding background or none.
  • Each brings one Windows or Mac computer and one AI subscription (Codex or Claude, either works), and builds on real, production-grade apps, not hobby projects.
The catalog

The catalog you can offer.

You license a catalog that stays current, not a fixed syllabus that ages. The label "Building in 2026, v1" names the version of the course catalog, so you always know which material you are running. As AI moves, the catalog moves with it, and the whole network moves together.

What you can run

  • Available now: "Building in 2026, v1". The web designer and full-stack app program; its completion certificate is Agentic Engineering 1.0. This is the current three-level course.
  • A new version each year, for example "Building in 2027". Each ships with fresh material, so your center stays current as AI advances. The annual version upgrade of a course you already license is included at no extra cost.

What is coming, and choosing students

  • Shorter add-on courses, coming soon. Beyond the foundation, shorter Intermediate and Advanced courses are on the way, likely around ₹5,000 and ₹8,000 (indicative, not final), so a graduate can return to go deeper and your centre earns repeat enrolments. Not available yet.
  • On the roadmap, planned and not yet available: courses for Boards, NEET, JEE, consultants, lawyers, accountants, entrepreneurs, researchers, PhD, and more. These are planned directions, not courses you can offer today.
  • A Growtricity student aptitude test. It helps you select the best-fit students for each version of a course, so your batches start with people who are ready to do the work.
Your commitment

The standard you commit to.

A licence comes with a standard, because the brand is only worth what the weakest center delivers. Where "How the standard holds" covers the controls Growtricity runs, this is the part you commit to as the owner. It is a standard and a right together, and it exists to protect every other owner in the network and the brand they all share. Growtricity enforces the outcomes here, the certification, the checklist, and the rating; how you staff, schedule, and run the day to hit them is yours to manage.

What you commit to

  • You complete the checklist and follow the best practices, so your center runs the way every Growtricity center runs.
  • You maintain a 4-star-or-higher Google rating for your center, which is the public signal that the standard is holding.

Growtricity's right, and the agreement

  • Growtricity reserves the right to end a franchise that does not hold the standard. This is a protection for the network, not a trap for the owner.
  • The precise terms live in the signed franchise agreement, a lawyer's document, settled one to one after you apply and qualify.
Who should apply

This is for someone serious.

This is for someone serious about running an in-person AI institute in their city, not a side project. Apply if you fit the profile and want Growtricity's system, instructor training, and ongoing updates behind you.

Apply if

  • You want to run a serious, in-person AI institute in your city.
  • You can provide the room and invest in the equipment to the standard above.
  • You will commit to the quality standard: the certification, the weekly tests, the version upgrades.
  • You want a system that already works behind you, not one to build from scratch.

The vision

The goal is a network where every center holds the same production-grade standard, where a Growtricity student in any city leaves able to think with AI, not produce throwaway work. The curriculum upgrades every version, the instructors stay certified and tested, and the whole network moves forward together as AI advances.

If you want to help build that in your city, the next step is simple: apply, and we talk one to one.

Straight answers

Franchise questions, answered straight.

What are the fees, and what is the term?

Two things, both of which scale with you: a one-time licence fee per centre, and a per-student fee. Founding partners, the first 10 centres, come in at half the standard rates: a ₹5 lakh licence and a 15% per-student fee, against the standard ₹10 lakh and 30%. The per-student fee is a fixed amount you pay Growtricity for each certified student, set at that percentage of the launch price for your tier, so it is the same whatever you actually charge a student, counted by headcount through the CMS and never by auditing your cash. The licence, the per-student fee, and the certification all carry 18% GST on top, reclaimable as input credit. You set your own student price, and the per-student fee does not change with it. The term is 3 years, and your founding rate is locked for the term. Renewal carries no new licence fee; you continue the per-student fee, and founding partners renew at a loyalty rate, not the full standard. One licence covers one location, up to three classrooms, with an exclusive zone: one sector where sectors exist, otherwise a 1 km radius, and in any case no other Growtricity centre opens closer than 1 km to yours. A new location is a fresh licence, at 50% off the then-current standard licence (so ₹5,00,000 if the standard is ₹10,00,000). You can model the exact numbers for your own room in the franchise planner.

How do payments work, and who pays whom?

Students pay the franchisee directly. What the franchisee pays Growtricity is the one-time licence fee, the per-student fee for each certified student, and a one-time ₹25,000 founding / ₹50,000 standard certification fee per instructor (it covers 50 hours of the founder's direct training, with a smaller fee to re-certify on each new course version). The licence, the per-student fee, and the certification all carry 18% GST, reclaimable as input credit. The franchisee takes student payments, handles student complaints, and runs the center to the checklist and best practices; Growtricity provides the troubleshooting manual, the checklist, and the best practices behind it.

What courses can I offer, and do they stay current?

You can offer "Building in 2026, v1" now, the current three-level web designer and full-stack app program. A new version ships each year, for example "Building in 2027", with fresh material, and the annual version upgrade of a course you already license is included. Other courses for Boards, NEET, JEE, consultants, lawyers, accountants, entrepreneurs, researchers, PhD and more are planned and on the roadmap, but not yet available.

Do students learn directly from Ashish Punj?

No. Your students learn from a local instructor you bring, whom Growtricity trains and certifies on Ashish's system. Ashish's direct involvement is the 50 hours of instructor training and certification. That, plus weekly tests through the CMS, is what holds the standard in your room.

How do you keep quality consistent across centers?

Three controls. Your instructor must pass a pass-gated certification before teaching. Weekly tests delivered through the CMS keep them current as AI changes. And the curriculum upgrades every version, so the whole network stays at the same standard rather than drifting toward generic ChatGPT output.

What ongoing support do I get after opening?

The support is built into the system that holds your standard: your instructor keeps receiving weekly tests and the instructor manual through the CMS, you receive every curriculum version upgrade as AI advances, and Growtricity runs your marketing, from city pages to your local Google listing. The relationship is ongoing, not a one-time handover.

Who is the offer made by?

Grupo Pounj Software Exports, a firm registered for GST and Udyam, at SCO 34, Sector 33D, Chandigarh 160020. The same firm runs the flagship Growtricity institute and provides the production-grade apps students build on.

What if I don't have a teaching or coding background myself?

You don't need one to hold the franchise. You provide the room, the equipment, and a candidate instructor; Growtricity trains and certifies that instructor. Your job is to run a serious institute to the standard. The teaching capability is what we certify.
